Alabama AGC is proud to present an outstanding educational opportunity that has been tested and proved many times:
“NEXT GENERATION LEADERSHIP”
This empowering educational program has been very successful at several AGC chapters, including Alabama AGC. We‘ve had two rounds of this program led by Ken Bradford. Other chapters, such as Master Builders of Iowa and Georgia Branch have a similar Ken Bradford program that has run almost continuously for seven cycles. Our experience is that companies that send people to one of these are the ones who are most likely to send their managers to the next one. This is a great opportunity to place your present and future leaders into a most effective learning environment.

You will see in the attached information piece that we will be using a nominating process, and that each class will be limited to 24 participants. The nomination form is also attached. The ALAGC Board will select the participants from the nominations.
