The Birmingham Section started 2015 with a political reception at the Murray Building Co. jobsite at the old Merita Bread Bakery. More than 150 members were in attendance with city and state officials. Everyone enjoyed a tour of the site as well as barbecue from Joe McNabb and Hendrix Chevrolet.

COMPTRUSTAGC Rollout on October 14

CompTrustAGC is rolling out its new products, services, and options on October 14.  As the most financially sound workers' compensation fund in Alabama, CompTrustAGC is now offering more diverse insurance options and risk management services to its members with new member discounts, deductible plans, an emerging contractors program, and enhanced safety training at more affordable rates.

Helping solve problems with and for contractors, their employees and their families in a financially responsible way, CompTrustAGC is dedicated to being the premier provider of risk management services to contractors in Alabama through skill, responsibility, and integrity.

CompTrustAGC will unveil its new products and services at the Alabama AGC Building in Irondale.  Lunch will be served at 11:30.  Each attendee will receive a special gift and will have the opportunity to listen to the inspirational story of Kent Stewart, who was stranded on Everest this past Spring when tragedy struck.
